04 v6 rims on a 04 gt?

Will an 04 set of v6 40th anniversary rims fit on an 03 gt right? I heard someone say something about the breaks were too big for the rims or something. And also would the fitment be correct? Or would I have to get spacers or whatever those are called? Thanks!

I have some ugly low profile Mexican rims on there now. The previous owner had a riced out body kit and black icw 18's on there. And I found a good deal for some v6's. But I found some cobras that I might get, but they're alot more pricey. Not sure yet.

For that color Mustang: Anthrocite FR500's. I saw a pic of them on a DSG Mach 1 and they looked

Did you already take the body kit off because most everything looks stock GT besides the carbon fiber cobra R hood and the horrible mesh grill.

Yeah. I don't like the hood or the grill:/ haha. And yeah. The body kit got dumped off within about 3 hours after the purchase.

Imo I would stick it out and save what you have for a future purchase on wheels you'll love And not have to settle for what you can find for the time being

I don't think the wheels look bad at all. Better than V6 wheels, IMHO. But V6 wheels are nice for snow tires.

Yeah, I agree. I probably will end up sticking with these rims. But, to be honest I'm trying to sell it. It was a good opportunity to make a little cash.
