05-09 mustang motor swap

I recently bought a 119k miles 3v motor and tr3650 trans and I’ve already swapped it but I am not having issues with getting the car to start and even crank over. I have zero idea on what the issue could be. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Car was already a 3650 and I also already have a bypass for my clutch switch
