1/4 Window Swap (Nothing found in search)

I know this is probably a dead issue but I could not find it through the searches.
An 86 model changing to the 87-93 style quarter windows. Is the swap a direct replacement w/ some minor altering. Or can I expect some major body changing to make them work.
I'm waiting for the quarter windows to arrive so I want to have some sort of game plan when they get here.
Any links that may give details?

i am pretty sure there a direct replacement. Ill let some one confirm that

have an 86GT and put the newer 1/4 windows in. Yes they bolt in however I found some of the bolt locations are a little different but they went in just fine and had to fine some more nuts for the window i think i was 3 short. I had to use washers in some spots because where my old window was placed there wasnt enough surface area to clamp down on. It took me about an hour for each side. Make sure you use a quality window sealant though in order to stay leak free. I just went down to Homedepot and bought some industrial black window sealant and it did the job just fine. Good luck.
