1.6 Roller rockers VS. Valve covers

Ok folks,need the low down on ordering 1.6 pedestal roller rockers and will they fit under the stock valve covers on my '94 or will i have to get "93 or older without baffles and add an eldebrock 5.0 performer intake spacer and or will i have trouble with hood clearance.

Any suggestions on 1.6 or 1.7 rockers also.

They'll fit. I have 1:7 '95 cobra RR and there are no clearence issues with the stock valve covers. Used regular gaskets with no mods to inside of cover. I also have a stock hood and no intake spacer. . I'd rather have different covers but finding some that'll fit our cars is a pain... so I painted mine body color.

The pedestal rockers should fit, I have proform 1.6 stud mounted rockers and I just doubled up on the valve cover gaskets for a little until I could pick up a set of fox body covers. When i got the fox body covers they work with my trickflow intake without having to use a spacer or nething, the only thing I had to do was grind a little off the very bottom of the throttle body.
