hey guys, I have a question on my build... I bought a 302 motor off my friend with low miles... it had aftermarket roller rockers with heads with casting #'s d7oe.... i think there from the 70's anyways the motor is 1987 with the forged pistons it has e303 cam and paxton supercharger which i plan on using.. So I upgraded to gt40 heads that i bought for a decent price.. I had to order all new roller rockers because my friend only had 15 on the motor and 1 stock one... I got the whole set with 16 and they came with studs and all the good stuff but the studs are larger then the stock gt40 studs is there anything I can do about this? Do i have to use the larger studs? is there a way of making this work? I took some pictures to show what i mean.. you guys know more then I do and the help is greatly appreicated...
thanks guys
the 16 new roller rockers I ordered
the studs that the roller rockers came with vs the gt40 stud holes (yes I have bushings for the headbolts)
the 15 roller rockers that were on the motor
