112 degrees or 114

Assuming you are talking about the Lobe Seperation Angle (LSA) the 114 will have more vacuum at idle and will be more streetable on a stock EEC for the 94-95 Mustang. As to which is better it all depends on your plans for your car and what cam will work with the rest of your combination of engine parts.

what is the difference in the cam. 112 or 114 what the better choice..

If you are talkin about which cam specs would make the most power ...
I can't say for certain

Heck, I'm so dumb about that stuff :(
I paid somebody else to help me make sure it was right :)

HOWEVER

When it comes to the question of ..................

Will the pcm be more happy with one over the other

A good tune will be able to deal with either one just fine :D

Here is a little secret but don't tell anyone :Zip2:

You can even go a good bit lower with the lsa

My E-cam has a LSA of 110*. Stock cam is 118.5*. 114* and 112* will give you no problems on the street. I got lucky and my car responded quite well to the 110LSA of the E-cam. I only get a little idle stutter when the car is cold at startup but i'm still untuned. Don't be affraid to run lower LSA.

I don't doubt your word at all with this info :nono:

however

I would like to point out that the pcm in GT's & Cobra's do respond differently to mods. :)

Your choice of Stang came with the blessing of a pcm that is more forgiving of mods than the GT Stangs. :nice:

Having said this ...... a blanket statement such as that is not the same for ALL 94-95 Stangs IMHO.

I only said that stuff in the above post to show a tune will allow you a bit more freedom from the whole ...... higher is better lsa thing.

Just a little tid bit I've picked up over time from fooling around with those little silver boxes. :D

112° is generally a better number than 114° too keep your power curve alittle higher. But there are too many variables involved to say which will be better for you. It all comes down to overlap and cylinder pressures. More overlap will tend to shift your power band higher. Too much kills your torque everywhere and too little kills your top end but gives you a ton down low. So you have to balance your LSA/Lift/Duration to get the best results.
