Thanks RC. I think they would look good on your car, especially since it is lowered. I will have my coil-overs on by the end of next week which will make it look like a different car. My car sits 28" high in the front and 29" in the rear! The 4x4 look will soon be a thing of the past

I am not sure how those would look on a laser red gt but it would be nice if someone could photo shop them.

I have a ton of pics on my website. If anyone wants to use any for photoshop, feel free to. I tried to photoshop those wheels onto my car and failed miserably .

RC, Im sure those would look sweet on your car...or mine, for that matter . If you get them make sure you post pics so I'll know whether to kick myself or not.

That needs some serious lowering. Other than that, very sweet. What's the cowl size on that hood? I have been looking at the 3.5" cervini (sp?)0 hoods, but am afraid it'd turn out too big.

I will be getting a set of the chromies or blacks with polished lips once i get the turbo and everything else on. Is there a place where i can get them as a Tire/wheel package? That way, i could just thrown them on while saving a few bucks since i wouldn't have to go through a local tire place to do the install/mounting?

I have coil-overs on the way as we speak, so the ridiculous ride height will be a thing of the past. The hood is a Cobra RR hood which has a 4" cowl. It really doesn't look too big in person but that is totally subjective.

I did not find anywhere for a wheel/tire package. Wheels Replicas sells the wheels and they also sell tires, but they will not mount and balance them. I picked these up used and they happened to be the sizes I wanted and have the tires on them that I wanted so I didn't have to worry about that.

Thing is, stupid tire shops around here charged me 70 some bucks to mount and balance two 275/40/17 tires. I'd hate to see the cost of mounting two 315/35/17's and two 255/40/17's. Atleast 100+ some bucks. I know the tirerack does mounting for free, and so that would be convinent (throw them on as soon as dilevered) and i wouldn't have to worry about paying 100+ for mounting/balancing.

I really want them, but will probably go elsewhere due to this fact.

Here's a pic I just took from the back. I tried to get the tread pattern but the shadows aren't cooperating . Let me just say that it looks much better in person.

Take a picture of it in the shade, your camera doesn't have the dynamic range you need to get well exposed shadows in the direct sunlight like that. Still, those are crazy fat! If I can afford wheels and suspension mods this year, I'm copying your setup.

I tried getting in touch with Wheel Replicas, but they either never answered the phone or didn't return my call after leaving a message. If any of you who want those same rims, go to www.crossroadzdirect.com

They answer the phone and are very easy to work with. Nice rides by the way!

Whoops..

My bad...it's $30. for 2 if you get 9" instead of 8"

Still better price, and if service better, than it's worth it!
