18" wheels without lowering?

If I go up to 18" wheels from my stock 16" wheels, will I have to lower my 2002 6cyl mustang? If I don't lower it, will it look bad?

Also, if I get 17X7 instead of the 16X7.5, will the loss of a half inch in tire width cause my mustang to lose its wide stance look?

You don't have to lower it. 18's with 35's will look a lot better than 16's with 60's. It will handle better too.
