Hi guys this my first thread, I am about to install a new 180 degree thermostat with new silicone hoses while I am draining the radiator.
Theres been somewhat of a debate about the fenderwell and the enginebay Cai. When I get my adapter plate I can comment on the Cai.
Does anyone suggest ultamately suggest a 160 degree thermostat with new pullies since my water pump won't turn as often?
I just installed a new catch can and I can really feel a smoother rpm climb nothing obvious but I notice it. I've got both valve covers hooked up to the catch can. I am about to check it after about three weeks of use.

I wouldnt worry about the cooler thermostat just for pulley's. Alot of guys run underdrives and none of them switch thermostats. A cooler thermostat would be of good use to someone with a car that tends to run on the hot side and is also used to trick the computer into adding more fuel. Changing your thermostat will make your car run a little more on the rich side.
