yeah i got some... i think it has alot to do with the back spacing.. you might want to check on that. it also depends on your tire selection. you might rub on your exhaust 315's fit, but again, it depends on your back space.

just unbolt them and turn them around. they help with wheel hop. flipping them just gives your tires a little bit more room.some people remove them with no problems,i would just turn them around. stock springs are ok to use.

I have 18x10.5 with 305/35 nitto drag radials. I have no quad shock, no difference without it.
I did have minor rubbing on the inside of the tire, but the piece it was rubbing on could be bent, or cut out of the way.
I believe my spacing was 24mm, but not possitive.
