To run 18x9's in the rear you are going to have to keep the stock rear fox offset.
That means the ranger axles.
BUT, if you want to run disks, you'll have to buy the North Race car brackets.

You can either get the 10.5" GT or 11.65" Cobra setup. Then you';ll need the rotors, calipers, brake soft lines and dust shields if you want.
Sn95 rear disks without the increased offset of a true SN95 setup. With 9" or wider Mustang wheels, this is what you want. If you stick with 8" wide wheels, you would want the SN95 axles and brackets.
