Hey guys,

I'm new here and I'm in the thick of a 5.4 navi swap into a galaxie. I opened an account cause I was looking for information on motor mounts to get the motor to fit.

The front of the galaxie has a 94 gt front end. I need to know what motor mounts I'd need in order to fit the navi in there. Any suggestions?

here are the pics

Motor was rebuilt by EPM machine in portland. $2100 for a rebuild if you're reusing the rods and pistons. This a slow low cruiser so no need to go forged anything. plus they gave a 7 year 70k warranty on it.

there was a ton of ass body work done. at a qtr inch of bondo over the whole car. the thing is, it's pretty damn straight to begin with so I dont know why they would dump that much bondo on it. either way I removed it and am in the process of straightening the front fenders now.

I built this adapter for the motor lift plate. best $9 in steel I ever spent.

This will be my official build thread. I opened one on mod forums but not replies on it. my forum manners aren't the best. Terrible grammar and I don't hardly reply to questions not directly related to my builds. I'm documenting the build on video and I'm putting together a youtube docuseries when its finished.

Will 4.6 mod mustang mounts work for this application?

got the manual sterring box installed and the steering column mocked up. had to do some minor fab work to get it to work properly.

Not sure what mounts you need but would like to add Holy Crap this is a neat build.
Alway liked this body style.

You've done a lot of work already it looks. Just grinding the bondo off looks like a lot of work
Well be looking forward to updates.

Hers a couple of cool 63s for encouragement

Thanks man.

I got 96 motor mounts. Fits perfect. Anyone know I'd they made an 8 lug flex plate for 4r70w torque converter?

I think the triton v10 flexplate is a possible option but needs minor mods.
Still trying to get it all straight in my head.
