Brian is starting on the left door jamb it has more rust than the right side

Very Nice! I just started my cowl repair, and when I saw this thread I thought, boy I'm glad I don't have to repair the door jambs. After getting the cowl apart it looks like the left jamb needs a little work. I hope mine turns out half as well as yours!
The inner structure of the left door jamb is almost finished this afternoon Brian starting making the outer section.
Brian taped the area he will be plug welding before applying epoxy

I send him updates first before I post. I'm not sure if he has seen it here but he is following the build on the pro touring forum.

Brian started patching the top of the right windshield post. He made a small patch panel than ground the welds
