We have a new project that was dropped off at the shop before Christmas. This Mustang looks pretty good at first! It will need some rust repair before we start modifying the body, drive train and suspension. Mike and I started taking it apart.

The radiator support has rust and of course the cowl needs to be replaced.

Looking at the roof, was that originally a vinyl top car, or one that lived close to a papermill?

New Dynacorn sheet metal came in for the 1965 Restomod. We sand everything down to bare metal and spray 2 coats of SPI black epoxy.

Years ago before he heard about us he had the floor replaced. It was plug welded but where they had it screwed together it was never welded. The screws were removed and they just left the holes for us to fix. They forgot to weld in the seat brackets. He is going to upgrade the seats so we are lowering the seat risers.

Every Mustang has a problem with the cowl. Rick said when he washed the car his feet got wet!

Brian is repairing the rust in the A pillar, another common Mustang problem.
