I am a young car enthusiast and I want my Mustang to stand out. I am looking for a wheel that has a pro touring style and is more modern. Any advice will help me along my journey thank you for your time.

Look at Virginia classic mustang - they have original style and along those lines of modern remakes.
NPD has some retro/modern crager style

do a google search and you will see a lot of variations on cars to give you an idea of what you like and don't.

There are so many options it will make your head spin.
