Not really a lot of measurements needed .From the rockers to the door frame opening ,front door post to rear post .side to side through the doors at the rear posts ,an X measurement from driver rocker to the passenger roof and same for the driver side ,and maybe a few other smaller items .

Are you still doing these conversions? I wanted to do a 67 but the car was too solid, I didn't want to cut it up. Just sold it so I want to try again. Can I come out to cali and help?
