I have a pair of 1969 ford 302 heads with 1.94 intake and I believe 1.54 exhaust valves, they have been completely gone through and rebuilt, and are just sitting around. My question is, is it worth putting them on my 88 gt? what kind of power would you think they would put out?

You might, MIGHT, notice a very subtle, very minor difference.
I say that with the following assumption: that the ports and combustion chambers are stock unported.
The only reason you might even feel any difference at all is the slightly larger valve size, if a performance valve job has been done, and a minor increase in compression ratio with the smaller combustion chambers on the early heads.
