Build Thread 1978 Fairmont. I bet somebody back home’s thinkin’…I wonder why he don’t write..?

Without the Subliminal Mind F...ing America, we are all just Merican Idgeets.

Especially me.

The world watches how you guys from the USA are able to peacefully communicate.

IMHO, CMA has earned his spurs to remind us all that to keep silent is to allow the Conscious mind to be screwed over.

Mike is not a Lemming. His views are conveyed with considerable class. Without being an ass.

IMHO, your Not a Richard Cranium for just expressing a viewpoint.

I award thee the 15 th Year Membership Gold Star in Subliminal View Sharing from the old 620 page post Noob Loc-off .

Somewhere in there was the IMHO, ultimate ancient post about Mike having the dream that the Kurious Oranje fell off the USA-1 Plane Step, and then awakening to sadly discover it was all a dream. That was ironical.

If we can't figuratively take the pi55 out of our leaders, or discuss the insanity and ludicricity/ludicrousness/(whatever the noun for ludicrous is) of some conspiracy theories or debate issues of on ecology or germ warfare, then the Kurious Oranje and Slow Joe Crow jokes won't have substance. They need to, because just because you are the Chief Executive and the Top of the Pile don't make you right.

Real deek heads are those who
A) cannot accept another view point and B) are unable to compare and contrast why.

CMA is just saying, hey, somethings not right here. Avoiding CMA and thinking he's just being confrontational is like avoiding your conscience...

signed permanent pmurt supporter. But My unending respect for other views.

If he goes. I go. Because just banning someone doesn't stop people thinking for themselves. Be People. Not Sheeple.

General karthief, three Question marks from you. I consider it an honor.

PS. If you need an RX4 radiator, just chop an RX8 radiator in half.

Sorry CMA...couldn't resist. When do you fit the 20B Rotary?
No problem,..and thanks for all the words of support. BTW, What do they call Stalkers in New Zealand Dean?

Adjustable A-arms, readily available..

Just like HeHateMe

If you need the ball joint spacers, I have them and will give them to you because I didn't need them with 95 spindles.

So,...just one of those things that make you go....huh..

Im looking at pics online of the writing on a late model passenger side mirror...

” Objects are closer than they appear”

I think, they aren’t talking about me,..because in the slightly wonky, 1/16” thick passenger side mirror cut out of plexiglas now living on the monster
it reads:

” Objects aren’t as fcked up as they appear”.

Im tellin ya,...riding in the Monster requires an entirely different rule set.

Today i get my second covid vaccine. The downside is that I have to drive 30 miles to get it.
Personally, I would’ve just waited till areas closer to me had enough of the vaccine and got it then, but I have Kate.
And,......sometimes it’s just not worth trying to even make an argument.
So, in the middle of the damn day, I’ve gotta stop, and lose 1.5 - 2 hours, just to be able to say nanny nanny boo boo to that bad old meanie Rona V.

In the meantime however, I gotta go downstairs and make my new plywood intercooler.

You guys thought I was kidding..

What isn't visible is the complexity inside the box.
There's a 15" section of 3" tubing inside the box. Winding around the tubing is a "Double Helix" looking myriad of 3/16 brake line with 27 intersect points. At each intersect point is a tee, and at each tee, a line runs through the middle of the tubing ( think n2o spray bar w/o the holes). The 27 bars spiral around like a spider web inside the 3" tube.
Additionally, the box is insulated to maximize the cooling effect im expecting.
On one side, there's an inlet, and on the other side, there's an outlet.
Nitrous will run into the inlet, and out the outlet, then vent to atmosphere.
The intended outcome is to replace the A2W intercooler , water lines, water reservoir, pump, and heat exchangers completely, and use the nitrous to superchill the bars that the air intake charge has to pass by.
I know that there has been an attempt to use nitrous to chill the air to supplement the cooling provided by an A2A intercooler, but, it didn't really work. My plan will force the intake charge to pass by the actual frozen bars,....and there is a sht ton of them inside that span of 3" tubing.
I figure ill program it to turn on at 15p.s.i. plus.
Ima gone wrap the plywood box in carbon fiber vinyl to try and keep it water resistant, but in reality, ill prolly never have to worry bout that since driving in the rain isn't in the plans.
Im also converting the car to full drag race duty, so losing all of the weight that the existing A2W system is taking up is a big priority..figure ill pull the engine, and replace the internals with forged stuff, and send the head off to a guy in ATL to port it, and convert the valves over to oversize stainless pieces, and go with a set of bigger 272 cams, shimless buckets, titanium retainers, and a set of Vasco jet beehive springs.
The AC system will come out, as will most of the interior. ( only running two front seats). In its place will go a 12pt chromoly cage.. I'll be selling off the LJK, the seats, the Prius eps, and the 4L8O with the lockup converter. In its stead, Ill be putting a T400 back in its place.
I plan to race it in the street legal class just as soon as I get it back together..looking at maybe first of next season as a target,..the engine comes out this Sunday.

If I didn’t see the wooden box in there, I’d think this was a late April fools joke!
Will you still be Cruising the Coast in the revised version?
Good luck with the new plans!

No,...drag car now..I’ll be letting it sit in the garage all week waiting on the weekend so that I can go out and try to blow it the fck up.
