This is not only a build (or should I say rebuild) of the monster but a peek into 'the life of Carmichael Angelo'.
The artist
The builder
The thinker
The tinker
The do it however many times it takes to make me happy cause I ain't gonna build no belly button anything!
We should publish this in book form and sell it on amazon.
We could call it: The Monster Chronicles

That looks like an air/water separator for an airline. Did you make that or buy it?

I'm so glad I did this:

The engineers will see the wonky symmetry, all I see is a trapped piece of tempered glass being held fast by the iron maiden sitting on top of the Gila lung.

Thanks, should be back in business tonight. Got my baby mason jar, making a bracket to hold it tonight, I'll start it after that, and who knows?

Maybe I'll even wash it for the first time this year.

And THIS, my friends, is why his name is CarMichael Angelo!

Quick question Mike. Will that cute little breather breathe enough?

I don't know, I'm really thinking of it as an orifice to keep air flowing through the engjnevwhen it's not under boost...that part is always adaptable.

Yeah,..there's actually a whole bunch of rust starting to show up in areas that I didn't properly treat. That brace was an after thought in the build, and has just been too easy to ignore...I'll have to fix both sides.

And running,.....
There's no point of uploading my diesel sounding engine soundtrack,...it sounds exactly the same....

It was very hard to start this time though,...it took several crank sessions to get it to start.

But once it did,....almost immediately....i was able to let it idle.

I have to go down and strip the fender struts now that Raggedy has pointed out the fact that I have rusty fender strut braces...I cannot drive it until that has been remedied.

I have a new computer.....Choosing to go with a solid state hard drive instead of the standard mechanical version that most of you have ( could it be because MOST of you have the other version, that forces me to choose the one I'm now using?)

A SSD has no lag.....Think of it like a roots blower versus a turbo..there is no spool time between choices.....when I switch between web pages, or programs,..the switching is instantaneous. The thing has built in blue tooth....
I just gotta figure out how to get the entire Tunerstudio program off of the old computer, and install it on this one.

I'm such a computer idiot.

dont really need to, just download TS on the new computer and register it again. You can register TS on up to 3 devices with one purchase of the program. [if you run the upgraded software like i do]

The answer to moving files between one computer and another is a crossover Ethernet cable. Cost is $3-$10. You plug the cable into both computers and run the Microsoft transfer program that comes with Windows 7.

See https://www.google.com/search?sourc...k1j0i131k1j0i10i67k1j0i20i264k1.0.31aiA5uE84Q for the file transfer software.

See https://www.walmart.com/c/kp/crossover-cables for the cable, Amazon will have the same stuff, so choose your vendor.

I figured that out...I now have both programs on this computer. The next question is gonna be how the internal bluetooth thing connects with my ecu.

So you didnt go for a spin yet to see if it holds boost? I thought you and Steve already had a decent tune on it.

Settings, wifi, you should see a list of wifi networks, look for the one in the monster, if you don't know what it's called look on the other computer for the name.
but then you really know all that

You know WiFi and Bluetooth are different things, right?
With mikes house being on the largeish side and multi floored-I would think he has multiple Routers for WiFi- ya think the downstairs network is called ‘The Gills lair’
Or something monster related?
