1986 302 help if u can please.

i know a guy who has a 1986 f150 with the 302 in it. just rebuilt the block crank seals everything just no intake and i was wondering if this will bolt up in my 1995 mustang 3.8. i was going to buy the 1995 one from wholesale-engines.com but this guy wants half the price WITH NEW HEADS. so let me know. also is there any difference in power from this 302? then the 95 302??? let me know cause im very interested in this motor

It will fit in there with a k member change are you planning on going carbed or efi it is hard to say because I have no idea what was in the truck motor

it is a 302 from a 1986 ford f150 and i am going with a carb. and u said it will fit with a k member??? what is that where would u get it?? all advice helps guys let me know

the k member is the engine cradle area where your engine mounts bolt to you will geed one for a 5.0 engined car and you can reuse your a arms and suspension. both of those engines should make about the same power carbed . you will also need a trans, headers, exhaust, some sort of pulley and accesory setup and an ignition system to start

junkyard. and i think the 95 motor would be a lil more powerful then a 86, they have the e6 heads which are garbage,even worse then the e7's

you can grab a k member out of any 79-95 4 cyl or V8 mustang and reuse your a arms and suspension 79-95 are all the same just the track width changed on the suspension
