I have a 1988 mustang front bumper that has had the "mustang" and the center grill bar removed. The whole bumper has been repaired for the most part, there is still a few rock chips and a small crack that will need to be addressed. The head panel has been completely sanded and paint black and the center section opened up for more air flow. I will not be able to ship it.
