1990 5.0 stock rubber intake elbow on modded car?

I still have the stock rubber inlet elbow, it fits on my 73 mm mass air and 70 mm throttle body, but I wonder if it is restricting flow.

From someone that spent 16 hours porting his intake manifold, do you think this is something I should change out, and with what? I don't need a kit, just the elbow, home depot?

PS: I have another post asking about the fourth wire on my O2 sensor wiring, please help me out if you can...

Quite frankly, MOST folks say that the stock intake is more than efficient enough. However, I'm one of those folks that likes to make everything perform better. I chose to go with the BBK cold air intake, and I don't know if it what due to the metal intake piping, or the fact that the filter now mounts into the fender, but in any event, I noticed probably a 5 hp increase.
