Electrical 1993 GT - Air Bag Light Flashing, Cruise Does Not Work, and Tach Issues

I had to swap the connector on the airbag in my car due to needing a replacement air bag. I got a bag from a 92 for free and the connector was different. Swapped the connector from the 93 bag over to the 92 bag and everything worked just fine. The connector on a 93 is the same as the 94/95 cars but the clock springs are different as far as I know. You can put a 94/95 steering wheel on a 93 and it works just fine.
