1996 Cobra...is It Real?

Hi folks, my buddy is looking at a 96 Cobra this weekend, and I'm wondering if someone can tell me from looking at the VIN if it's a real Cobra. The VIN is 1FALP46V4TF198883.

Also, does anyone have a carfax account that they wouldn't mind running the VIN through?

P46= Cobra Convertible
V= 4.6 305HP V8 Cobra.
