My mustang will not go into 5th gear so I cannot drive on the highways. The other gears don't give me any problems though and I would like to buy a new transmission. I found one on craigslist and they guy wrecked his car so he is willing to sell it for $250 and he said everything works and no grinding and it was remanufactured 2 years ago.
I also found another one at a junk yard for $650 with 69,000 miles but they will only give me a 30 day warranty.
Which one is the better choice?
