Expired 19x8.5 AM 2010 style wheels

Only had these on the car for about 3 months but decided to go a different direction. No TPMS but they have valve stems. Asking $400 because they are pretty much brand new. I prefer pick up but will ship at your cost. Houston and surrounding areas.

Are all 4 8.5 are they staggered? Hard for me to tell.
