2000 Mustang v6 Spoiler hardware

Hey guy's, I'm new here but i would appreciate any help i can get from you guys. So here goes...

I recently purcased a spoiler for my mustang (Attatched picture is of the spoiler on someone elses car) and it arrived today, but there is no hardware kit to install it. I am wondering if there is somewhere i can buy a kit to install it or if any of you know how i could aproach this dilemma.

it doesnt have any screws or nuts? i know on mine it came with the spoiler but all the hardware there is is just 4 nuts cause the bolts are already tapped into the spoiler, if thats how urs is, then just drill the holes and put it on and tighten the nuts, i donno what other hardware there would be?
