I have a 2000 convertible v6 5 speed.
Flashing theft light in dash turns over but will not fire. Ford dealer replaced/rebuilt cluster & com that Did not fix the problem then fixed a wire in the harness from fuse block on left strutt tower across front to right side fender well. Break in wire was under battery tray. It worked for 2 days then back to same issue. Sat in storage since Jan.
Last week I put the battery on slow charge for 2 days. Started right up.
Any clues as,to whats up with this haunted stang?
