2000gt semi bog feel when floored

hey my 2000gt seems to have a semi boggish or hestitational feeling in some gears when flooring it very very slight it doesnt do it in first. i have to do some more testing to see what gears and RPM.

but the car has 3:90 gears 5spd um exhaust etc. any ideas somehting with computer? *shrug*

thanks for the tip its possible, i havent owned this car long and im going through all the stupid problems and quarks the first owner did not take care of or ignore. I'll check it out i read some other threads on here that had some other tips to try too. i'll repost later with either more info related to the problem or what have u.
