2001 ATX bolt-ons couple questions

Hello all I'm new here but not to cars.
My Dad recently purchased a 2001
convertable GT mustang.
34,000 miles
BBK headers
BBK pulleys
K&N CAI
Borla Side exit exhaust
Super Chip

The car runs great and rides nicely. It's pretty quick too. I'm thinking
it might put down around 265RWHP. We're thinking about putting in
some lower gearing, tranny cooler and looking at the paxton Novi 1000
right now.
1.) What are people running and putting down in automatic 01 Gt's?
2.) Does anyone here have a Paxton 1000 on their GT? How do you like it?
Seems like a pretty straight forward install.

Dyno #'s are just that a #.
IF he is looking at making some big power. I'd look at the Mongoose kits from ModularPowerHouse.com Esp the Novi2000. With it will be fine at lower (Stock bottom end) boost pressures and when the urge for more power hits. It will grow with him. Of Course the KB 1.7 kit is nice and will really plant him back in the seat. But IMO unless your going to be happy around the 400rwhp mark too much money.
