2001 Cobra drivers seat broken

Just bought a 2001 Cobra, and the drivers seat feels broken. The back rest kind of bends backward on the passenger side of it. If you were to face the seat, and push on it at the shoulders, the passenger side of it bends backward. Almost like a support inside the seat is broken... Just wondering if anyone might have a quick way to fix it, maybe a way to pull the upholstery off and repair the inside of the seat, or if there is a lose bolt somewhere. Sorry this is kind of vauge, but it's hard to explain
