I have a 2001 Grand Marquis with almost 200k on motor. I want to replace heads & intake. Any advantage installing mustang GT heads?

Within a given motor type for example Romeo 4.6 SOHC PI heads the complete long blocks are the SAME. So the direct answer to your question is no. There's no advantage.

But there is an advantage of using any "application's" heads from a 2003+ model year. The 2003+ model year will have the improved PI heads with the greater number of spark plug hole threads. This reduces the chance of spark plug blow out. The later MY heads also have the improved cooling path around the rear cylinder.
