2001 Mustang GT Or 2001 Lightning

hey guys looking for buy either one of these, my problem is Insurance wise The mustang is cheap 1600 a year And the lightning I have no idea but also Im in college and i need a car to get around but also want to look good. I plan on keeping this car for a long long time, I had a 88 gt in the past and I crashed it but i didnt liek the brakes on it.Now since we all live in Mass here what would you pick and why? O PS this will be driven in the winter months .... IF i get a stang ill buy a cheap pickup truck...

Get the mustang. Then you can be like me with snow tires and 180lbs. of sand in the trunk. The lightning is probably worse in the snow anyway.
