2002 headrest help!!!

does anyone know how to remove the headrests, and put in the tilting ones that come on a cobra seats?

does anyone know how to remove the headrests, and put in the tilting ones that come on a cobra seats?

I replaced the driver seat, the passanger is ordered. Use a slim jim. Slide it in front where the headrest goes into the seat back. It is tedious. Then the new one just pushes into place.
