My OE metal fuel filter retainer clips rotted after 20+ years. After searching many parts companies sites, as well as the Ford dealer, I found no one listed them. The Ford dealer told me they only come with the fuel lines and not available separately. After more research I saw that Grand Marquis' metal fuel clips were sold separately. The Grand Marquis uses the same fuel filter, so I gambled the clip would be the same. I ordered two from Amazon and guess what, they were identical! The cost was about $7 each. OE part number needed is: FOAZ9A317B. See photos.
