Does anyone know the dimension of the 2005 dash compared to the 1988 dash, the pic a part by my house has a couple 2005's and i was thinking about putting one of those dashes in the car/

I could be wrong but I think that 05 dash is completely electronic and gets input from the ECC...
what would i need electronics for? i dont have AC, i NEVER use the heater, and the only time the car goes out is for a car show or track days, and i can use autometer gauges like before for the gauge cluster
