2010 Cobra Test Mule????

Saw something interesting at IHOP this morning, definitely a 09 cobra but it was wearing a set of wheels that look like what is on the '10. There were psi numbers and all kinds of other b.s written on the rim and the tape on each fender as well as having manufacturer plates, and i looked like it had been beat like a rented mule. For your viewing pleasure, anyone got any ideas???

maybe they were testing wheel/tires for the 2010 w/o actually driving one. that obviously isnt a 2010 as you have stated. did you notice the brand of tire?

It looks like the top half of the side stripes hasn't even been pulled off yet.
