2010 GT or 2011 V6

In Canada, they are currently selling the Mustang 2010 GT for around 26000$, the prices are out for the Mustang 2011 V6. Fully equipped pony style retails for 31000$. I was wondering what you guys thought would be the better choice. I don't drive that much, so gas is not that big of an issue. I am wondering if the GT will hold its wow factor once the 2011 V6 come out. And if the 5000$ is worth it to get the V6

The new 2011 v6 is a great car. It will be fast for a v6 but a little slower then the 2010 GT. If gas is not an issue and you need the great sound of a V8 go with the 2010 GT but if you want a 305hp car with a six speed transmission and get over 31mpg then go with the new V6. Both cars are great.

A new fully loaded 2010 GT for $26000? That's surprisingly low. You're not full retail for the V6 so the difference has got to be less than $5000.

A used GT is around 26000-27000$ the V6 when fully equipped is around 30000-31000
