Hey picking up at 5.0 and want to see whats the best sounding exhaust out there, anyone have SLP powerflos installed? also considering the roush axle back. any input great appreciated here.
I've got a 2011 5.0L (automatic) with the Roush axle back. I love it!!
Its super quiet going down the highway with absolutely no drone (as quiet as stock at 70 mph)... and it will make the hair stand up on the back of your neck when you floor it.
Install took about 30 minutes.... fit and finish was perfect. Be sure to slide a jack under the exhaust in front of the axle after you take the muffler clamp loose. Jacking up the pipes will allow you a little extra room to slide the muffler forward and out of the hangers (the instructions tell you to take the pipes loose up front, but you don't have to if you jack the exhaust around). You'll see what I mean when you do it.
