Drivetrain 2016 6-speed GT Vibration when accelerating from stop

Hi everybody. I’m new here and my 2016 GT developed an issue today. When I accelerate from a stop (either in first, 2nd or reverse), the car vibrates pretty bad when the clutch disengages. Once the clutch is disengaged thought, there is no vibration. I don’t feel the vibration once the car is going and when I shift nor do I feel it in lower rpm ranges... What could this be?

I know that, judging by all of the replies, a lot of you were eagerly waiting for an update. Well, here it is: I just picked it up after a week in the shop. They replaced the flywheel and clutch assembly under warranty. Now it drives like new again. They noted that the flywheel and pressure plate had uneven wear.
