I currently have a 90 lx 5.0 hatch with a bbk sri, possible letter cam, bbk shorties, bbk o/r x pipe, and 40 flows. Will I be good to go on this setup? It's used and the injectors are Siemens Deka High Performance 21lb Fuel injectors. What's a good price to pay for these? According to the seller, the MAF is calibrated for the 21s.

I found a cobra 80mm MAF for only $50. Sounds good to me. Then I just need 24lb injectors. Since it can't hurt and I guess EVENTUALLY I'll get heads and intake, it wouldn't hurt to get those while I'm at it. Right now I'm just looking to replace faulty injectors cheaply while giving myself room for power.\

I was told I'll need to cut the wires on it and attach to the sensor... so since I'm a noob I'm confused about that. Can anyone shed any light on that for me?

How many of your injectors are bad? You'll be fine sticking with the stock 19# injectors. You do know they make rebuild kits with pintle caps, screens, and o-rings? It just doesn't seem logical to me for you to step up to larger injectors and a huge MAF needing a dyno tune on a stock(ish) motor. That money is better spent elsewhere.

you can find injector repair kits for 10-20 bucks like 1991notchbackLX stated. It's usually never as easy as modding something and having it work the way it was intended to the first time.
