well I ordered some wheels for my fox. 15x9 w/ 6.5" BS

I just got a sweet deal on some tires and bought them.
295/50/15 BFG's

I know Ill have to probably remove the quads, roll the fenders and beat the inner fenders.

But will tail pipes fit? I need them to pass inspection.

they should. There are a couple 5.0L running around in my town with 295's and tail pipes.

If not, swap a different set of rims and tires on to go get it inspected. After you pass, swap the big tires back on. Who says the rims have to match to pass?

Car is damn loud as it is. Just dont want any more attention from the wrong people..lol

I had 275s on my 93 and had minimal contact on the inside of the fender lip as well as hitting the exhaust. But exhaust wasnt stock so maybe I was just unlucky.
