2jz mustang swap

Just getting to know the bases of everything that’s popped into mind. What would swapping a 2jz into a 96-04 mustang gt be like ? i’ve looked everywhere for threads and haven’t really been able to find any. Thanks !

I think you're going to have a hard time finding anyone around here that knows what a 2jz is.

My initial thought is that the straight six would be too long to fit the sn95 engine bay. Don't know for sure but I suspect it won't.

Perhaps the supra pr Nissan forums would have better knowledge.

This swap would be considered a felony in the state of Michigan.

2jz is a great engine, I have seen one swapped into a fox and it fit rather well.
