Ok so Three weeks ago I found a 1972 mustang no joking in an elderly mans shed. I ended up buying it from him and now starting to do a restoration on it. Now the VIN says that this babe has a 2v 351C but on the heads in the top right and left corners of both heads are the number 4. Now from my under standing, is that only the 4v 351C had this stamping and the 2v 351C had the number 2 stamped on the heads. So I went back to Bill and asked him if he had ever had the car worked on or the heads changed out and he says no. And yes he is the original owner of the car. Any feed back would be great on wether this is a mess up by the Manufacture or what?
