3.5" pulley on P1SC 5.0 boost?

I have a 4.00 inch on my setup and cant see more than 7ish lbs on the street. I have seen 8 lbs on the dyno but that was just once. Dont forget that a more efficient motor will not see the same psi as as otherwise stock motor. Atleast thats the excuse I was told.:D

Currently I have a 3.85" pulley on it now and I don't think I've seen my gauge hit 10lbs. I recently installed a new motor sittin' at about 8:1 compression and procharger claims anything under 9:1 can be run with a 14-17lb setup. I have the smaller 3.5" pulley but I don't want to overboost this thing.

I called Procharger about pulley sizes and they told me that a 3.80 would increase psi by 2lbs. A 3.60 would increase by another 2 psi for a total of 4 psi over whatever I was making at the time. I dont know if that helps you any. Also they told me that a 3.80 and 3.60 were my only choices. I see you have a 3.85? I have the 12 rib setup I dont know if that makes any difference.

Interesting. If you look at the parts list for the fox P1SC it actually shows you the different pulleys that come with the kits. 4.25" for 9lbs, 4.0" for 11lbs and 3.75" for 14lbs. I ordered my 3.85" pulley directly from procharger. The guy I spoke with claimed they have a wide variety of pulley sizes for the P1. Mathmatically speaking a 3.5" should be about 17lbs but I'd like to be sure.

Maybe I am baised. I havent had anything but bad luck from the people at Procharger. I was sent the wrong parts list. I was sent missing parts the 2nd time. I was told by one of the guys in tech to go to Home Depot to get the bolts I was missing. I recieved a belt to fit my setup that can only be ordered from Procharger and is an uncommon size. I would like to change my pully just so I can access a belt locally. The product I am more than happy with. Tech and service leaves something to be desired. I guess Ill just shut up now.:D
