I have a 94 gt with 270rwhp. I have almost all of the stuff i want done besides gears. I have a performer prm intake manifold, MAC cold air induction, 1.7 roller rockers, full BBK exhaust. Would 4.10 gears be too much for daily driving. Also does anyone know the decrease in gas milage from the 3.73s to 4.10s?

4.10s. I'll be swapping from 3.73s to those this summer.

4.10 are good if you plan on staying n/a. There is only 200/300 rpm difference between 3.73/4.10's.

i have 4.10's, i went with them first and figured if nothing else i could downgrade and find someone that wanted them.....I love them however....they made the car pull like a mofo....it will leave.......lol on the top end is another story, you will have an advantage though, you have the eddy rpm intake where as i have one a lot smaller so i run out of rpm faster...........you can feel it losing power around the 5500 or so mark...

but def. go for the 4.10's .....you won't regret it.

Ihave a t56 tremec with 4.10's and i couldnt be happier. My only beef is that second gear is just to damn torquey traction is just not there at all with my yokahamas now with my BFG drags i am more worried about my axles then anything.
