First of all do you have a C&L #30LB sample tube ?
If so then drive around some, at times it takes the computer awhile to relearn or adjust to new mods. I have a 76MM C&L Meter w/ #30LB Injectors and my idle is decent, I only say that b/c I do have a surge in RPMS goes up to 1,000 then down to 500 then up again. This is mostly do to a rich condition though once I Get to the dyno and know where to have the fuel pressure set then the idle should get better.
