Afr 185's, Track heat intake w/spacer, comp xe274 cam, 1.6 rr, 1 3/4 lt's, 75mm maf, 70 mm tb made 309 RWHP and 311RWTQ. Would have made more power w/165's but im planning on a blower in the near future soo it should respond well with what i have. This is a stock block, eagle i beam rods, je/srp pistons, stock crank. With a TFS stg 1 cam the car made 295 rwhp, that cam was emissions legal.

Stock shortblock, 48k miles.
Dyno'd at 287 and then added an electric fan and capacitive discharge ignition. Didn't get it redyno'd but those two changes really woke up the car so I believe I am right at 300 RWHP.

Not sure i've ever seen or heard of a car with p's dynoing over 300rwhp. In fact the most i've read about so far is less than 280 regardless of the port job. Is there something you are not telling us about the motor considering that's about 50 more than i've ever seen, and about 75 more than a stock p headed combo.

Not calling you a liar, just seeing how the hell you managed to squeeze that much power out of them. Because they are a very obtainable head for most members here on a budget. And when budget permits they can be ported.

P heads actually can work quite well depending on the combination. I am friends with Tremec Street Warrior Champion "Jeremey Martorella" and personally saw 430 RWHP with a set of P's in a 310 cubic inch motor.

No i don't have any dyno #'s for my car. i was just going off my buddies car compared to mine. i pull on him throughout the rpms so i figure i am putting down slightly higher numbers than him. Hopefully if i get this Tweecer soon i'll get to the dyno and see what i can get out of her.

Well my heads are not only ported and polished, but I am also running larger valves and a ported and polished intake manifold, also the N41 Camshaft is simply incredible it was what put me over 300HP mark...

By the way the GT40P heads added almost 40 HP after I bolted them on.

I run 12.086 @ 113 MPH with 1.7 60 foot times. I am selling this car for 5000.00 on ebay, so if you know anyone interested let me know. Thinking of going modular 4.6

That car made 291 rwhp in MMFF this month 340 was flywheel.

Was that on a MD or a Dynojet?

My holley package only made 247whp at 5100rpm on a MD. It's floating past 5150rpm though, so new valve springs should bring it to around 280whp I hope.

I should make around 300rwhp with my setup...once I get my mass air coversion installed anyway. I'm sure I'd make 300rwhp if I had a more radical cam, but I like what I have for a daily driver. Feels strong and sounds like true american muscle

Are you talking flywheel or rear wheel? Also, have you had your car dynoed? If you have, you're making some damn good power for the mods you have!
