302 into a 4 cyclinder questions?

My brother in law wanted me to ask this question for him.

He wants to buy this four cyclinder coup that is in really good shape and drop his old 302 into it. He wanted to know what changes have to be made to the front suspension, motors mounts, etc, etc.......

What else would he have to do regarding the switch? I', not familar with 4 cyclinder cars that much.
