302 or 351w ignition module?

First off I have a 351w in my 95 mustang GT. Which ignition module should I use. There is a difference because my check engine light has the code for wrong module. Basicaly what I am asking is would it make a difference or should I put the correct one to get rid of the light? Plus a little sidebar comment. How many people hate their computers of the 94 & up Mustangs? No matter what I add to this motor the computer will fight it and almost cut power back. I never had that problem in my 90 GT. A new chip is in the works. Yelladawg

I guess I was not specific or nobody knows. Should I use a 351w ignition module or a 302 module? I have a 351w module in their right now with the check engine light on. Should I put the 302 back in there to get rid of the light? Is there any performance issues? Any electronic geniuses out there? An educated guess will be appreciated.
